Summary

The work demonstrates the possibility of manufacturing a modifier for a heat-resistant nickel alloy SM88U by the method of high-voltage electrical discharge (HVD). By means of HVD processing of a mixture of 50% Al + 50% Ti powders, a modifier containing Ph, AlTi3, AlTi, Al2Ti, Ti3AlC2, Ti3AlC phases was obtained, its use allowed to reduce the grain size from 1-2 mm to 0.2-0.3 mm , at which the chemical composition of the alloy remains unchanged.
