Summary
The results of studies on the modifying effect of crystalline Cu-P master alloys and high-silicon (Si 37,8 %) alloy on the processes of bSi-phase formation in the hypereutectic silumin. It is shown that the average size and morphology of primary silicon crystals in the cast structure depends on the intensity of solidification of the castings and ligatures of modified alloy.
