Summary

The influence of dispersed-structured crystallization speed and deformation-thermal treatment of components of the charge on the crystallization, structure and properties of carbon and alloyed steels is studied. The significant in increase in dispersion of cast structure and properties of steels due to heredity of system charge - melt - casting is established.
